YourTV Niagara interviewed Niagara College Teaching Winery’s new winemaker Allison Findlay, who is a graduate of the College’s Winery and Viticulture Technician program (2014).
During the interview, Findlay, who began her role September 2022, discusses her background in the wine industry, including her time as head winemaker at Flat Rock Cellars in Jordan. She also recalls her NC experience as a student and expresses her excitement to be back at the College to teach the next generation.
