Toronto Star: Niagara-on-the-Lake pastry chef inducted into Canadian Culinary Federation Honour Society

An article posted by the Toronto Star, Niagara This Week, St. Catharines Standard and Niagara Falls Review spotlights NC Baking and Pastry Professor and Program Coordinator Catherine O’Donnell, who was inducted into the prestigious Canadian Culinary Federation Honour Society in June 2022.

O’Donnell was one of only five chefs, and the only female recipient, to be inducted into the Honour Society, which recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the profession and shown a lifetime passion for their craft. O’Donnell has enjoyed a lengthy career as a pastry chef and is the owner of Willow Cakes and Pastries in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
