A message from the Centre for Organizational Excellence:
At Niagara College, our people are our greatest strength. Our college community embodies our welcoming, passionate, and trailblazing characteristics and the innovative, entrepreneurial, student-focused nature on which we pride ourselves. Our remarkable and unique culture at NC is sustained by our exceptional employees, and it is important that we take time to reflect and recognize the tremendous work of our colleagues.
Every year, we continue our time-honoured tradition of recognizing and acknowledging excellence among our employees with our Awards of Excellence, which will be presented at Niagara Day on October 26, 2022.
Our Awards of Excellence recognize one Team of employees (smaller than a whole department/school), and one employee in each of the following groups: Support Staff, Faculty, and Administrative Staff. Award recipients demonstrate excellence in their area of work, are committed to the NC Community, and exemplify NC’s values and culture.
Any full-time or part-time employee of Niagara College may nominate or second a candidate who is also a full-time or part-time employee.

Nominations are to be submitted by e-mail to the President’s Office, c/o Awards of Excellence Committee at [email protected]. Please note the committee asks that all submissions be typed, not handwritten.
The deadline for nominations is Wednesday, September 21 at 4:00 p.m.
