A message from Michael Audibert, Board Operations Manager and Chief Returning Officer:
Nick Farnell has been elected as the Academic Representative on the Niagara College Board of Governors for the following term: September 1, 2022 to August 31, 2025.
Nick has held many roles within post-secondary education over the past 15 years, and is currently the Program Coordinator of the Business Analytics post-graduate program at the Daniel J. Patterson Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
On the academic side, Nick has been a part-time faculty, partial-load, full-time faculty, and now program coordinator. He has developed curriculum, proposed new programs, delivered in-class, online, and hybrid courses, and understands the rewards and challenges of being an educator.
On the college support side, he has held roles in communications, the office of the registrar, recruitment, residence life, and student life. He has an appreciation for the many roles on campus that contribute to student success.
