Celebrating Niagara Whisky During Canadian Whisky Week

Join us on Monday, January 22 at 6:30 p.m. at NC’s Benchmark Restaurant for a special tasting event celebrating the rich heritage and distinct identity of Niagara whisky as part of Canadian Whisky Week.
This exclusive evening will bring together the leading distilleries and voices shaping the region’s whisky landscape, including Dillon’s Small Batch Distillers, Forty Creek Distillery, Wayne Gretzky Estates, Harris Beach Spirits, Spirit In Niagara Distillery, and the Niagara College Teaching Distillery.
The event will begin with a guided introduction to the world of Niagara whisky, exploring its unique terroir and defining characteristics, led by renowned whisky consultant Ajay Bhardwaj. Guests will also have the opportunity to connect with Niagara College’s Artisan Distilling students, who will be assisting with and hosting the evening.
Following the introduction, attendees will meet and engage directly with producers and brand ambassadors from each participating distillery, gaining firsthand insight into their craft, philosophies, and passion. This immersive experience offers a rare opportunity to raise a glass to the local industry and celebrate the exceptional quality of Niagara-made spirits.
