Niagara College has received $4.43 million from the National Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) and 101.1 More FM shared the news on April 5.
The news article explains that three new Applied Research and Technology Partnership (ARTP) funding grants have been awarded to NC from NSERC’s College and Community Innovation (CCI) program. The first will support a NC project in sustainable cannabis and hemp production research, while two others will fund NC-led projects to support craft breweries in Canada, and expand the Southern Ontario Network for Advanced Manufacturing Innovation (SONAMI).
