On November 16, 101.1 More FM and 105.1 The River, shared news about NC nominating seven members of its alumni community for 2021 Premier’s Awards, prestigious provincial awards presented annually by Colleges Ontario and honouring the outstanding contributions of college graduates.
The 2021 awards were presented on Nov. 18. NC’s nominees included: Aaron Foster (Apprenticeship category), Lora Tisi (Business category), Monique Belair (Community Service category), Mark Suknanan / Priyanka (Creative Arts and Design category), Kevin Smith (Health Science category), Ryan Thorpe (Recent Graduate category) and Wanito Bernadin (Technology category).
