Niagara College Baking and Pastry Arts grad Sonia DeSimone (2017) is featured in this October 14 Hamilton Spectator article.

DeSimone is the head baker at Roma Bakery in Hamilton where she helps mentor high school students who work co-op placements at the bakery, something she also completed at the same bakery before attending NC.
