Niagara Now highlighted that NC’s Teaching Winery won double gold for their student-crafted Sauvignon Blanc.
Under the guidance of head winemaker Gavin Robertson, students in the Winery and Viticulture Technician program put their white wine to the test against vintages from 217 Canadian wineries.
Other notable NC wins mentioned included gold for the 2019 Balance Muscat, a silver for the 2019 Dean’s List Savant red ice wine, and a silver for its 2018 Balance Gamay Noir.
