Canadian Insider: NC’s Adam Upshaw comments on CSEP’s Get Active Questionnaire for Pregnancy

The release highlights a new questionnaire (Get Active Questionnaire for Pregnancy) developed by the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP) to guide pregnant individuals to be physically active during pregnancy.

In the release, Upshaw, who is the CSEP board chair, comments that the questionnaire is an important tool for pregnant individuals and is “the only one of its kind in the world.”
