BPSN’s Bernie Puchalski wrote about Sydney Sica, a new recruit to the Knights Women’s Soccer team.
The article mentions how Sica, who will graduate from Brock University later this spring with a bachelor of science degree with a major in medical science, was drawn to NC because of its nursing program. “I know they provide a lot of great opportunities in the health care field, especially from a clinical standpoint, and I really wanted to get that experience with the simulations and the real life situations they provide,” said Sica.
NC women’s soccer coach Rob Lalama is also quoted, commending Sica’s athletic abilities and past accomplishments with the game.
