Launching on Wednesday March 24, the Employee Engagement Survey, which was announced earlier this month, will provide NC staff and faculty with the opportunity to provide feedback on the college’s workplace culture.
Participation in the survey is extremely important as survey results will help drive continuous improvement, and inform the college’s next strategic plan.
