Shortly following the transition to remote work in March, ITS began to offer in-person device repair services for employees at the Welland Campus by appointment only two days each week. While ITS offers troubleshooting assistance remotely, the in-person service has been used extensively and ITS has decided to offer additional services at the Daniel J. Patterson Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Commencing Tuesday, December 1, appointments will be available at the Daniel J. Patterson Campus on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, mirroring the schedule at the Welland Campus. Services include device repairs (to desktops, laptops, mobile phones etc.), software installations, and equipment pick-ups. Due to COVID-19 restrictions and to keep staff safe, all service is by appointment only – there is no drop-in ITS service.
Important Note
All employees with an ITS appointment will be required to complete the on-campus access request form and daily health screening via the MyNC portal. Previously, appointments for ITS device repair services only required staff and faculty to complete the daily health screening. Both steps will now be required.
Contact ITS at [email protected] or submit an ITS Help Desk ticket to book an appointment.
