The Niagara Dailies has published the latest column by Kristina Inman, professor in NC’s School of Hospitality, Tourism & Sport, and a certified CAPS sommelier and TAC tea sommelier.
Inman focuses her column on apples and their prevalence in alcoholic beverages, such as local Niagara ciders, since the fall favourite fruit is versatile in nature.
