Food in Canada shared the success story of Toronto bone broth company, Broya, a former client of NC’s Canadian Food and Wine Institute.

The story explains how Broya founder, Tim Sotoadeh, turned to the CFWI for help to make his beef broth tastier and give it a longer shelf life. In the end, the CFWI expert team helped him come up with two new flavours: Tomato & Smoked Paprika Beef Broth and Sriracha & Chili Chicken Broth.

Broya products are now available in 300 stores across Canada including Metro, Farm Boy, Whole Foods, Sobeys and Healthy Planet.
