A message from President Sean Kennedy:
The Executive Team and I look forward to kicking off the Fall 2020 term with you at our LauNCh session tomorrow from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. via Zoom, as we get ready to welcome students to our virtual and on-campus classrooms next week. Del Rollo, our new Board of Governors chair, will also be joining us for the session.
We will spend the hour reflecting on the extraordinary efforts of our faculty and staff over the past six months, highlight examples of your adaptive and creative efforts, and share top priorities for the upcoming term, one unlike any we have experienced as a college community.
In addition, Enrolment Services will provide updates on our Fall 2020 domestic and international enrolment numbers, and NCSAC president Tom Price will share anecdotal stories from students who found the support and assistance they needed during these unprecedented times thanks to the collective efforts of our college community. Tom will also share updates on what’s next for NCSAC this Fall.
I encourage you all to take the time to gather with us virtually – in your branded NC attire – to celebrate NC’s continued commitment to student success as we transition into a new academic term #NCtogether.
To join the Sept. 2 session, please use the Zoom meeting link included in the Aug. 26/Sept. 1 CampusNotice email.
