Victor North, Brewmaster support liaison at the Canadian Food and Wine Institute, participated in the Canadian Homebrewers Association’s Speaker Series on July 16. In his presentation, that was posted to the CHA website on August 10, North discusses the history and societal significance of various domestic Canuck style beers including Québécoise Rousse, Ontario Pale Ale, Spruce Beer, and Canadian Ice Beer, as well as the Beer Judge Certification Program (BJCP) style guidelines that have historically lacked Canadian styles.
