Shelby Knox with Newstalk 610 CKTB posted a brief about Niagara College Teaching Distillery’s newly released ‘School Spirits Small Batch Rum.’ The rum is a first for the College and is made from a dark brown sugar base, fermented over a two-week process then aged for a year in a bourbon cask. It is available for purchase at NC’s Wine, Visitor + Education Centre, where proceeds from sales support student learning.
