The Centre for Organizational Excellence (COE) is excited to launch a renewed approach to professional development (PD) offerings for employees.
This approach includes the introduction of a new Professional Development calendar featuring a variety of courses and sessions offered at different times throughout the year. Giving consideration to feedback we’ve received from employees on scheduling of PD activities, this calendar is developed with the intention to provide greater options for learning opportunities and to better accommodate employee schedules.
The PD offerings are open to all part-time and full-time employees, with current workshops scheduled from February through June 2020.
For the launch of the calendar, we are offering three new sessions:
- Positive Space – Creating LGBTQ2S Inclusive and Affirming Environments
- Being Change Competent
- Digging Deeper into Resiliency
Sessions will be added to the calendar throughout the year, so stay tuned for new offerings and learning opportunities as we evaluate interest in courses.
