Staff at The Niagara Independent reported on Niagara College being named the number one ranked college in Research Infosource Inc’s annual report Top 50 Research Colleges.

The recognition is in time for NC’s Research and Innovation division’s celebration of twenty years of applied research.

Research Infosource Inc. CEO Ron Freedman says that NC ranked at the top in terms of research funding – $11.185 million in total – and in the top three for research partnerships, commending the College for their success.

President Dan Patterson expresses his gratitude for the recognition, both for the College and for industry and businesses in Niagara which the College supports.

Vice-President Marc Nantel echoes Patterson’s sentiments, explaining that NC’s strength lies in being partners and collaborators with the community, and are committed to delivering value to industry, students, faculty and funders.
