This piece in Food Service and Hospitality highlights the partnership between The Town of Aurora and NC’s Canadian Food and Wine Institute (CFWI) with the grand opening of Aurora’s Armoury. The historic space was restored and renovated as a space for the Aurora community to access training in culinary, beer and wine.
Located in centre of downtown Aurora, the state-of-the-art facility features a culinary-demonstration theatre, a classroom and space for community events.
