A message from Wendy Dueck, director, Development & Alumni Relations
I am very pleased to announce that Jennifer Smith has joined our Development & Alumni Relations team on November 11, as database coordinator.
Jennifer is a graduate of Niagara College and Brock University, and brings many years of related experience to her new role.
Starting in the fall of 2014, Jennifer worked for NC’s International Division, supporting various operations for NC KSA, including the positions of manager of compliance and audit; manager of talent acquisition, contracts and HRIS; and talent acquisition and HR consultant. Prior to joining NC, Jennifer worked in ESL Services at Brock University.
In her new role, Jennifer is responsible for daily maintenance, integrity and quality of data for our Constituent Relationship Management database, comprised of records for the College’s philanthropic donors, more than 90,000 alumni, and other stakeholders. As our departmental resource for reporting and statistical analysis of data, Jennifer will play a key role in supporting fundraising, donor stewardship, alumni engagement and communications, and strategic decision-making for our department.
