Academica Group reported that Niagara College has partnered with CICan and four other colleges on an MOU to explore collaborative cannabis training and applied research opportunities.
The group, made up of Okanagan College, NorQuest College, Niagara College, Durham College, Collège communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick, and CICan, have formed the Canadian College Consortium for Cannabis.
In the original Okanagan release, the consortium is described as a “first-of a kind” cannabis national advocacy body in the postsecondary sector.
