The Niagara Independent’s Kevin Vallier reported on NC’s Fall Convocation ceremony, Oct. 25, in which NC granted Niagara hotelier and businessman Vince DiCosimo an honorary diploma in hospitality and tourism.
NC President Dan Patterson presented DiCosimo with the distinguished award in front of 20 members of the DiCosimo family. Dr. Patterson noted that DiCosimo has been a valued contributor to the college and a true collaborator with education and industry, hiring NC graduates and providing important opportunities for our students to learn from hospitality and culinary leaders.
DiCosimo’s advice to graduates is to be passionate about whatever you do.
