Niagara College signed a Memorandum of Understanding with a world-renowned and prestigious leading research university in China on July 31, Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
A top-tier university in China founded in 1896 and comprised of approximately 40,000 students, QS World University rankings compare leading universities globally and place Shanghai Jiao Tong University at number 60 in the world. On a national scale, Wushulian Chinese National University rankings place Shanghai Jiao Tong University at number four in the country.
This new partnership between Niagara College and Shanghai Jiao Tong University will allow students the opportunity to benefit from both best practices in China and Canada’s applied education system known around the world.
As Canada’s global college, NC has many partnerships around the world and Shanghai Jiao Tong University is one of the latest partner to join this global network.
