On August 9, Academica Group wrote about NC’s pioneering partnership with the Society for Ecological Restoration (SER) which is helping graduates of NC’s Ecosystem Restoration (Graduate Certificate) program become Certified Ecological Restoration Practitioners-in-Training (CERPIT).

NC is the first Canadian post-secondary institution to partner with SER’s CERPIT program, which helps graduates pursue designation. This initiatives is a new way for NC grads to build their network of industry contacts and set themselves apart from other candidates during the job search.
