On April 10, The St. Catharines Standard wrote about NC’s Project Brew event on Friday, April 12 at Market Square in St. Catharines. Students in the Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management program will showcase 20 brews at the Hawaiian Bruau-themed event, open to the public.
