The St. Catharines Standard and their affiliate papers published a piece by Kristina Inman, professor in NC’s School of Hospitality, Tourism and Sport. Inman highlights various NC grads working in the beverage industry in Niagara and their creative endeavors in the region. NC alumni give their take on their careers and the local industry, including Rick Lombardi who credits Niagara College for preparing him well for his career in brewing, and Paul Rakoczy, a recent Brewmaster and Brewery Operations grad who won first prize for his brew at NC’s Project Brew festival.
