The Fort Erie Observer published a story on Jan. 31 about NC student Curtis Moore and his success in the Community Integration Through Co-operative Education (CICE) program. The program provides individuals with developmental disabilities and other significant learning challenges the opportunity to experience college life and enhance their vocational, academic and social skills. Through the program, Curtis improved upon his communications skills and learned to use new technology which has helped him excel in the workplace.
