Users of Rogers’ wireless network at the Welland Campus will soon see improved reception on their mobile devices, thanks to a new tower currently being installed on campus. The monopole will be located near the Rice Road entrance to the campus, and will offer faster and more reliable mobile voice and data connections to users when on campus and in the surrounding neighbourhood.
The new tower is expected to come online in April 2019.
