Message from CFWI Dean Craig Youdale:
On behalf of the entire Canadian Food and Wine Institute, I’m pleased to welcome Emily Stewart as the CFWI’s new assistant to the dean. Emily will be responsible for a myriad of duties, and will be the main administrative contact for myself, and for the CFWI.
Emily is new to Niagara College, having recently moved back to Niagara from BC. She has experience in the non-profit sector, specifically in labour market program development, administration, training and career counselling. Emily also has several years of experience in the hospitality sector, having worked in various supervisory roles within retirement facilities and restaurants.
Emily has completed a diploma in Tourism and Recreation Management, a certificate in Career Counselling, and is continuing to work towards completing her undergraduate degree online. In her spare time, she enjoys playing hockey and hanging out with her miniature schnauzer, Jett.
