The St. Catharines Standard has published the latest column by Kristina Inman, a certified CAPS sommelier and TAC tea sommelier who teaches at Niagara College, where she also works on business development for the College’s Canadian Food and Wine Institute.
In her Sept. 18 column, Inman talks about Niagara’s unique place in the world of wine, and how Ontario’s wine culture and regulations have created an ability for innovation and experimentation that is unparalleled in the world of viticulture.
