Niagara College’s Marketing department was a three-time winner at Higher Education Marketing Report’s 2018 Educational Advertising Awards.
College Marketing and Recruitment director Dorita Pentesco said she was very proud of NC’s Marketing team and the achievement of the awards.
“Niagara College’s Marketing department continuously focuses on the quality of the creative materials they produce and are constantly evolving our creative strategies,” said Pentesco. “Receiving this recognition when up against over a 1,000 other colleges and universities is a testament to their excellent work.”
The Educational Advertising Awards is the largest, oldest and most respected educational advertising awards competition in the United States. This year, more than 2,250 entries were received from over 1,000 colleges, universities and secondary schools from the U.S. and around the world. Gold awards were granted to 307 institutions, silver awards were awarded to 207 and bronze awards were awarded to 159 institutions.
Judges for the Educational Advertising Awards consisted of a national panel of higher education marketers, advertising creative directors, marketing and advertising professionals and the editorial board of Higher Education Marketing Report.
This isn’t the Marketing department’s first win from Higher Education Marketing Report awards; in 2017, NC earned two golds from the Education Digital Marketing Awards – one for the digital edition of the College’s 2017/2018 program guide, and another for niagaracollege.ca
