DECANTING NIAGARA: For the love of tea


Kristina Inman’s latest Decanting Niagara column was posted by the St. Catharines Standard on March 6.

Inman is a certified CAPS sommelier and TAC tea sommelier who teaches at Niagara College where she also works on business development for the Niagara College Canadian Food and Wine Institute.
