This school year, departments and divisions are invited to participate in Student Appreciation Day which is set to take place on Thursday, March 15, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Based on feedback and evaluations from prior years, we will be making a few changes to this year’s event:
- Departments are required to sign up if they are interested in participating. Please email Ali Weir at firstname.lastname@example.org by Tuesday, February 20 with your department’s name, location, and contact person.
- The theme for this year is: Bring on Spring
- Once you have signed up, the Centre for Student Engagement and Leadership will follow-up with a distribution of funds as well as provide you with a questionnaire to fill out.
- Please note that the original Student Appreciation Day, which was scheduled for November, was rescheduled to this date. Moving forward, we will likely go back to one large Student Appreciation Day event in the fall with a smaller event in the winter term.
