Local chef, restaurant earns gold recognition


NC Culinary Management grad Anthony Greco is featured in an article posted by the Welland Tribune on Jan. 13.

The article celebrates Greco, head chef a ZEST Kitchen in Fonthill, who received gold recognition from the Food Day Canada and Good Food Innovation Awards. As a gold award winner, Greco will have an opportunity to cook at the James Beard House in New York City.
