NCSAC hosts Feel Good Week Oct. 10 -12

October 10 to 12 is Feel Good Week at Niagara College.

Hosted by the NC Student Administrative Council, students are invited to participate in a variety of events aimed at helping them combat stress at a time when midterms are around the corner.

Activities range from free massages, and visits with puppies from Therapy Tails, to a Sip and Stretch yoga class. View full list below.

 

Oct. 10

  • Therapy Tails, NOTL Campus

Tails will be wagging after a little puppy therapy. Drop into the cafeteria foyer to visit with furry friends from Therapy Tails from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

 

* Oxygen Bar, Welland Campus

Students can take a breather, literally, with Element Oxygen Bar. At the Core, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

 

Oct. 11

  • Free Massages, NOTL Campus

Release tension with a free massage in the Student Commons from 1:30 to 5:30 p.m.

 

Oct. 12

  • Oxygen Bar, NOTL Campus

Take a breather, literally, in the Student Commons from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

 

  • Therapy Tails, Welland Campus

Tails will be wagging after a little puppy therapy. Drop into the cafeteria foyer to visit with furry friends from Therapy Tails from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

 

  • Free Massages, Welland Campus

Release tension with free massages at The Core (upper lounge) from 1:30 to 5 p.m.

 

  • Sip and Stretch, Welland Campus

This isn’t your typical yoga class! Students can pair their inner zen with their favourite wine or beer. The event is being offered with help from NC’s Athletic department.  It will be held at The Core from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
