On Tuesday, Sept. 30, the Niagara College community is invited to honour the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation by wearing an Orange Shirt as a symbol of support and remembrance.

Orange Shirt Day is a reminder that Every Child Matters. To help mark the day, “Every Child Matters” t-shirts are available for purchase at the NC Bookstore, with 100% of proceeds donated to Indigenous educational charities. You can view the design and purchase your shirt through the Welland Campus Bookstore website.

In addition to wearing orange, we encourage you to take time to deepen your understanding of Truth and Reconciliation through the educational resources and events available.
