NC to honour Class of 2026 with six days of Spring Convocation

Spring is officially here and NC is setting the stage to honour more than 7,000 soon-to-be graduates with six days of convocation ceremonies. Spring Convocation will run from Monday, June 8 to Saturday, June 13 at the Welland Campus Simplii Financial Athletic Centre. Bargaining continues between Ontario’s 24 publicly funded colleges — including Niagara College — and the Ontario Public Sector Employees Union (OPSEU), which represents full-time support staff. OPSEU has indicated that it will initiate a province-wide strike on September 11 if a deal is not reached. All classes will continue as scheduled in the event of a strike.
