Those who travel via the QEW to and from the Daniel J. Patterson-Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake are advised of intermittent travel disruptions at the Glendale Interchange beginning May 7.

The following impacts can be expected over four to six weeks during milling and paving work along the QEW from the Garden City Skyway to Highway 405:

  • Alternating two of three lanes will be closed during nightly closures in both directions on the QEW.
  • On and off ramps will be closed periodically as required when operations are in and around the QEW/Glendale interchange.
  • Highway 405 Toronto Bound will be closed at Stanley Avenue periodically as required when operations are in and around the merging lanes of Highway 405 to QEW Toronto Bound.
  • Highway 405 Niagara Bound will be closed at the QEW periodically as required when operations are in and around the merging lanes of the QEW to Highway 405 Niagara Bound.
