Niagara College offers its heartfelt condolences to those affected by the devastating earthquake in Turkey and Syria earlier this week.

Students who have friends and family in the affected area or are affected by the tragedy and need support can reach out to Health, Wellness & Accessibility Services by emailing [email protected] or calling 905-735-2211 ext. 7778 (Welland) or 905-641-2252 ext. 4409 (NOTL).

Crisis support will be available to students on Friday Feb. 10 at the Daniel J. Patterson Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake in room N017 from 10 a.m. to noon.

Students can also access 24/7 support through Keep.meSAFE, a multilingual, culturally sensitive and gender inclusive wellness support program.

Staff and faculty in need of support are encouraged to access the Employee and Family Assistance Program.
