Niagara College continues to explore the best options for academic delivery for the Fall 2020 term, with a commitment to providing a safe and healthy learning environment and workplace, while continuing to deliver an engaging, student-focused academic experience.

The final plan for our Fall 2020 program delivery will be provided in early June. At this time, there is a high degree of uncertainty regarding public health and safety measures that may be required three months from now, and we feel a responsibility to incorporate the most current information possible before committing our students and staff to a particular path forward for the fall.

While there may still be physical distancing requirements in September, we recognize that experiential, on-campus learning and engagement is a key strength of our programs. Niagara College has the ability to offer many courses remotely in September; we are also working to determine which on-campus activities – in a lower-density setting, abiding by health and safety measures – can provide the experiential learning that is core to many programs.

We want to reassure students that we are committed to program deliveries this fall as students make their tuition payments. As we navigate these unprecedented times together, we thank our students, as well as our staff and faculty, for their continued perseverance.

In the meantime, our Spring term proceeds with programs being delivered remotely and we continue to offer the important services that our students rely on in a virtual setting. Please be sure to watch the College website and your College email for further information and updates.
