Jan. 29: Weather warning for Niagara

Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning for the Niagara region for Monday, January 29. Snow is expected to develop gradually throughout the day, with heavier snowfall this afternoon and evening before tapering off overnight. Snowfall amounts of 15 to 20 cm expected in some areas.

Motorists and commuters should plan for challenging road conditions this evening.

Please take extra care when travelling to and from our campuses and allow extra time as necessary.  Please continue to monitor alerts issued by Niagara College and forecasts issued by Environment Canada.

While not expected, any potential college closures will be posted to niagaracollege.ca
