Operations Management I
The functions and science of operations management are found in almost all business enterprises. From large businesses to entrepreneurial endeavours, operations management is the engine that enables these businesses to exist and compete. This course provides learners with an overview of key components of operations management. The course design combines theoretical and practical elements that familiarize learners with critical operational analysis and control functions. Through a practical, hands-on approach, the curriculum will address the tools and analytics used to manage operations as resource inputs are transformed into outputs that support customer requirements in manufacturing and service operations.
