Niagara College and NCSAC want to remind students who are participating in St. Patrick’s Day festivities to celebrate responsibly and to be respectful in our community.
On-campus activities include free Irish stew served from noon to 2 p.m. (while supplies last) in The Armoury and The Core, courtesy of NCSAC. International offices at both campuses will be offering free Shamrock plants, and the Be World Ready program is hosting a campus-wide scavenger hunt. The festivities begin at noon outside the International office at the Welland Campus and in the cafeteria hallway at the Daniel J. Patterson Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
For those celebrating off-campus, remember to be a good neighbor in our community: keep excessive noise to a minimum, respect your neighbours’ rights to the peaceful enjoyment of their property, do not engage in offensive behaviour, and if you choose to use alcohol, please do so responsibly.
