Over the past year, Niagara College has continued to make progress in domestic enrolment growth through targeted, strategic investments that have resulted in strong domestic enrolments in 2025/2026 and momentum in domestic applications and confirmations. Niagara College’s international enrolment landscape has experienced significant shifts primarily due to the federal government’s sweeping changes to Canada’s International Student Program (ISP) that have greatly damaged international student demand for Canadian higher education.
