Welland Campus
On Welland campus, you can shop in person and the whole college community can purchase online here at Shop Online. If you’re shopping in person, be sure to bring a printed copy of your timetable and bookstore personnel will be happy to help you!
Niagara-on-the-Lake Campus
For students at the Niagara-on-the-Lake campus, you can order online and have your packages sent to your home or to campus. You will receive notification when your order can be picked up. The pick-up location is at the NCSAC reception desk on the lower level N010.
To figure out what book and materials you need: once you’ve received your timetable, visit the online store. The online store will prompt you to enter your student ID number or course code. We will let you know exactly what textbooks and/or material you need for your courses.
OntarioLearn online course students can purchase their textbooks directly from the Welland Campus Store or textnet.ca.

Bookstore FAQ
Please have your student ID and order number ready when picking up your order.
If you order a book online for delivery to the NCSAC Office at NOTL/DJP, please allow 48 hours for it to arrive. Pick-up hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM.
- Orders placed on Fridays will not be available until Wednesday, as the 48-hour processing time applies to business days only.
If you paid with a gift card but your order has not been processed, it may be due to insufficient funds on the card. To complete your purchase, please call 905-735-2211 ext. 7585. Once the payment is resolved, your order will be processed.
If you need to return an item, please visit the Welland bookstore directly.
Refund Policy
- For students who need to process a refund or return and do not currently have campus access, refunds may be done online.
- Our policy requires that a sales receipt must be provided for all returned items.
- Refunds are available for two weeks from date of purchase with receipt. NO refunds will be given just prior to, during or just after exam weeks. If you are withdrawing from a course after the two week period, you must provide a copy of your withdrawal form. Returned merchandise must be in resaleable condition.
- Do not remove the shrinkwrap, mark or read your textbook until you are certain about your courses.
- All refunds are made at the discretion of store personnel.
