An April 17 article by the three Niagara Dailies (the St. Catharines Standard, Niagara Falls Review and Welland Tribune) and Niagara This Week reported on NC Teaching Brewery’s Project Brew event where graduating brewery students presented 15 types of beer, ranging from fruity IPAs and sour beers to darker stouts and strong ales.

Attended by hundreds of visitors, the event featured food provided by the College’s culinary services department.

Brewmaster Professor, John Downing is quoted in the article:  “The support from the college and other programs goes a long way in making the event a success each time. That’s what makes it great.”
