Upcoming deadline of April 14 to apply for Tuition Assistance program

The deadline to apply for Niagara College’s Tuition Assistance Program is upcoming.

The program – which was recently expanded to include more funding, new credential eligibility, and application dates – supports continuous learning for faculty and staff. The program assists qualified, full-time employees and regular part-time support and administrative staff to pay for a portion of the tuition costs associated with eligible educational endeavors.

Those interested in pursuing credit courses should apply by April 14 at 4 p.m. Applications can be submitted by email to [email protected].

All eligible on-going, full-time employees and regular part-time support and administrative staff of NC who have completed their probationary period by March 31, 2023, are invited to apply for the Tuition Assistance Program.

Available funding for tuition, books, and exam fees are as follows:

Full-Time Employees

Credential being sought Lifetime maximum
Certificate, Micro-credential, Professional Designation $5,000
Diploma, Undergraduate Degree $7,500
Master’s Degree $10,000
Doctoral Degree $17,500

Regular Part-Time Support and Administrative Staff

Eligible Credentials Lifetime maximum
Certificate, Micro-credential, Professional Designation $2,500
Diploma, Undergraduate Degree $3,750
