An article in Now magazine focuses on training for the microdistillery industry in Canada. It features Niagara College’s soon-to-be launched Artisan Distilling program and on-campus teaching distillery. The article, posted on Nov. 20, includes comments from CFWI dean Craig Youdale about the anticipated growth of Ontario’s artisan distilling industry, as well as the unique business of distilling.
